Dear Traders,

If you have been following my emails for a while, you will know that I lost my dad recently; it was exactly 1 month from today my dad passed away fighting cancer.

I have not given myself enough time for grievance after his loss, I was very close to my dad.

Sadly my mother is now dealing with health issues and I need to devote my time to my family.

Therefore, I have decided that this will be my last email until further notice.

Here's a short poem I wrote for dad that I would like to share with you today.

My Last Drink With Dad.. 💙

Winter cold nights and rainy days,

Time must pass but memories stay.

Just a few weeks ago the sky was blue,

Sun shined bright, summer was true.

Out on a stroll with my head held high,

I used to wonder looking up at the sky.

Admiring the weather and the honey bees,

chirping of the birds, psithurism of the trees.

Making my way to my dad's house,

I walked each day to make him proud.

Praying on my way, God make him well,

Having high hopes, a miracle to dwell.

Never had I fathomed a time would come,

A drink I had with dad, it was the last one.

All mute the next day, no whisper no hear,

No eating nor drinking, without any tear.

Sun disappeared and it started to rain,

Thunderstorm clouds, the night was insane.

I heard a voice and woke-up the next day,

Time had come, how can I forget Tuesday.

God is great, he gave me a chance,

To be by his side and follow his plan.

Dad has gone leaving memories behind,

With so much to say, not said but it's fine.

I write this poem to share my thoughts,

Feelings of sorrow for my dad's loss.

New journey has begun without a doubt,

To continue his legacy and make dad proud.

Live everyday and cherish your loved ones.
