At amprofit.com (“AM Profit”), maintaining our customers’ trust and confidence is a high priority. The protection of your personal information is critical in achieving that trust and confidence. Rest assured, we will never sell your personal information, but beyond that, the following Privacy Policy is intended to explain how AM Profit collects, shares, uses and protects your personal information.

2. The Personal Information we collect

The majority of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and other information that we collect comes directly from the information provided by you on the email subscription form and when you make a purchase, including your sending emails or submitting information in response to questions.

 

This PII may include your:

Name, Address, Phone number, Email Address, Computer Operating System, Web Browser and your IP Address Logs.

AM Profit services are not suitable for nor directed at persons under 18, and we do not knowingly collect the personal information of minors under. If you learn that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, you may contact us as set forth below so that we may delete their personal information.

Finally, we also collect PII through your use of purchasing services. This may include information related to your transactions with us, including Paypal email address, your purchase history with us, and interactions with our website within and outside of the Members Area.

“Cookies” are small text files consisting of encrypted information assigned to your computer’s browser. Cookies do not collect PII, however they do provide us with data that we use to improve your service experience and maintain regulatory and legal compliance. Cookies do not collect or contain passwords or account information, but they can identify you so that you do not have to input user ID information every time you navigate the website.

 

The Cookies are also used for administrative purposes, such as to maintain security on our websites. Some 3rd party plugins on our website may also access Cookies from your computer. We do not control this and the use by these 3rd party plugins of your Cookies is governed by each party and their own Privacy Policies.

Again, AM Profit will not sell your PII unless the entire website was taken over by a new entity in case of a merger or an acquisition.

• To review your account application to provide you with access to AM Profit course and services.

• As required by law or court order/subpoena

• To perform reviews and audits of internal procedures.

• In connection with mergers, acquisitions or restructuring, transfer or sale of all or a portion of our business.

AM Profit may also share your PII with and amongst its affiliates in order to achieve the following:

• To operate, research and improve our services and websites.

• To display and email customized content and advertisements.

• To develop new services.

Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics codes to log when users view specific pages or take specific actions on a website and utilize Google Analytics’ Remarketing, Display Network Impression Reporting, and Audience Demographics and Interest Reporting. This allows us to provide targeted online advertising in the future on websites across the internet based on your past visits to our website, report how ad impressions and interactions with ad impressions relate to visits to our website, and report demographic and interest data.

AM Profit may modify and change this Privacy Policy. If we do modify it in a material way, we will post the amended policy and we may also deliver it via email or other reasonable and appropriate ways, such as posting a notice on the services or attaching it to website notifications.

In such case, following a posting of notice of changes to the Privacy Policy or other means of delivery, your continued use of the website and or services will constitute acknowledgement and acceptance of the new Privacy Policy.

AM Profit relies on the PII provided to us. Should you believe or become aware that your PII has changed or is incorrect, it is important and indeed required under your contractual Customer Agreement with us, that you notify us of any necessary changes. For example, name changes, address, updated emails, contact information, or other changes to the information you provide us with respect to utilising our services. Subject to legal and regulatory retention requirements, you have the right to request that we delete you PII as well.

REFUND POLICY

​

If you are disappointed in any aspect of the training course delivered by us, we are happy to issue a refund if you contact us within 14 days of your initial purchase.

 

All we ask you is:

​​​

• Let us know where we went wrong so we can try and make sure we get things right.

• Delete any saved data you may have on your cell phone, tablet, computer or laptop device.

• Not to go through the entire course material.

• If you have accessed more than half way through the modules, you will not qualify for a refund.

Please note: Consultations and Live Trading Session purchases are Non-Refundable.

 

AM Profit reserves the right to suspend or revoke your membership, without refund of purchase for a breach of rules.

An example of breach of rule is to copy or download any material on our website without prior permission or consent.

If you are found to have shared your account login and password with 3rd party, your membership will be revoked and you will not qualify for a refund.

Please submit your cancellation and refund requests by email or through our website.

We aim to deal with all requests swiftly and you should receive a response within 1 day during week days.
