We don't need to watch the market. ______________________________ Entry Techniques: For stock picks before market opens: Buying After market opens is Better: 1. Place Buy-Stop order 2. If Stock has gap up at open: Wait for about 30 minutes, and place buy-stop order few pennies above the high of the new day Exit techniques: Money management and discipline are equally important. 1. Stop-Loss Order Place your stop at same time you place your buy-stop order. We exit our trade from the moment we have 5% Loss. After each day, we move our Stop-Loss order $0.05 below the low of that day. 2. Once we have 10% gain, we should sell half. 3. We ride the rest of the trade with Stop-Loss order in place. Many stocks go up 3 or 4 days will have bigger pullback We should sell our position if short term swing is our goal 4. Be ready to sell our position once it has gap up Discipline: If we have stop-loss order triggered, we move on to other swing trades. We don't look back. There is never a shortage of momentum stocks We don't need to trade all picks either. This system is by no mean guarantee of future success.
